These terms govern purchases from Famosa Store, operated by INSTRUMENTSVE SPACE, S.L. (Spanish tax number B22951867, contact info@famosastore.com). They apply to consumers and, where compatible, business customers; mandatory consumer rules prevail.
Ordering. Add products to your cart, enter the delivery address and destination, choose an available shipping rate and review the final summary. An order is placed only when payment is confirmed. The shop sends confirmation to the email address provided. Catalogue prices are shown with taxes applicable to the destination; shipping and any other charges are itemised before confirmation.
Payment. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Famosa Store does not store full card details. An order is treated as paid when the payment provider confirms the result to the shop server.
Delivery and withdrawal. See the shipping policy for destinations, charges and timeframes (usual timeframe stated: 14 Días). Consumer withdrawal rights are governed by law and the returns policy; they are not generally excluded for every made-to-order product. The exception applies only where goods are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, where legally applicable.
