Consumer withdrawal. Where the law grants the right, you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Notify us within that period by an unequivocal statement by email or post. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, which should accompany the final version of this policy.
